How do I create an account?
Open the “Free to use” link below to go to the account creation page in the VPNCG user panel. VPNCG doesn't require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Follow the on-screen prompts and submit the form. If your username is unavailable or the panel flags the format, make the suggested change and try again. This creates your service account, not a client configuration. You'll still need to choose a plan and get a subscription.
Keep your username and password somewhere safe. Use a password you don't reuse on other websites. If you land on the account overview after submitting, continue to the next step. If you remain on the sign-in page, log in with the details you saved. To use VPNCG on another device later, get the subscription from the same account; you don't need a separate account for each client.
“Free to use” takes you to the account setup flow. Available data and service status are shown in your plan and subscription details in the panel. If you can't sign in or have forgotten your account details, first check the account guide in the Help Center. Avoid creating similar usernames repeatedly, so you can easily identify which account holds your order.
How do I choose a plan and confirm my order?
Once your account is ready, open the plans section in the user panel. Compare billing options first, then data allowances: a monthly plan may suit regular use, while a data package may be a better fit if your usage varies. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not at the end of the calendar month.
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They don't expire and remain available until used. The difference between these options is how data is used and reset, not eligibility for a particular client. VPNCG supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but keep an eye on your account's data usage if you connect multiple devices. Choose based on your expected usage rather than picking a larger allowance just to install more clients.
Open the plan that suits you and check the plan name, price, and billing method shown in the order before continuing as directed on the checkout page. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the instructions shown. After payment, return to the user panel and check your order and subscription status. If the payment page shows success but the panel hasn't updated, refresh the status and verify you're in the right account before submitting another order.
VPNCG offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details on how to request one. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the result shown in the panel before proceeding. This section covers the essentials. To compare plans in detail, visit the plan pricing page, then return to the panel when you've decided.
Where can I find my subscription link?
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel and look for the subscription option. The subscription link lets a client retrieve your server list; it's not a regular website address or an installer. If the panel offers copy or import options, make sure you're using the one for the right device. For manual setup, copy the entire link, not just the portion visible on screen.
Your subscription link may contain account-identifying information, so keep it as private as a password. Don't share it in public chats, article comments, or online tools, and make sure it isn't visible in screenshots when asking for help. The example format below is a placeholder: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It can't be used to import a subscription or connect. For setup, use only the link shown in your current account overview.
Next, open the client download page in the panel and choose a VPNCG client that matches your device. You must be signed in to get a subscription; client availability depends on your account's subscription status. Refer to the panel for installers, mobile download options, and supported import methods. On iOS, use the App Store link provided in the panel. Don't download similarly named apps based on search results alone.
If no subscription is available yet, first check that you're signed in to the account used for payment, then confirm your plan is active and review your data status. Don't enter an order number, payment receipt, or account password in a client's subscription field. For leaked links or failed updates, see the Help Center. To learn how subscriptions differ from servers, read the service selection guide.
How do I import my subscription on each platform?
Install a compatible client from the panel before importing your subscription. The steps below cover desktop and mobile. Option names are pointers, not a guarantee that every version has the same buttons. If the panel offers one-click import, install the target client first. When prompted to open an app, verify its name before confirming.
Windows: Add a subscription in the configuration section
On Windows, use a desktop client provided in the panel. After opening it for the first time, look for a “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or similar management section. To import manually, choose an option such as Add configuration or Import from link, then paste the full subscription URL copied from your account overview. If the app lets you add a note, use a recognizable name to distinguish this configuration from older ones.
After saving, wait for the client to fetch the server list, then select the new configuration as your current one. Seeing regions or servers means the import retrieved data, but it doesn't mean your device's traffic is going through the client yet. First check that the list isn't empty, then open the connection screen. Enable the system proxy or other traffic routing option as directed by the client; don't save the configuration and close the app without connecting.
macOS: Check the active configuration after importing
On macOS, use a desktop client provided in the panel. After installing and opening it, go to configuration management from the app window or menu bar and look for an option such as Add subscription or Import from link. Paste the full URL into the link field and save, then make sure the subscription is selected. If a new name appears but there are no servers, update the subscription and check for an error message.
The first time you connect, macOS may ask you to approve network permissions. Make sure the request comes from the client you're using before granting access. If macOS blocks the app, check its source against the installation instructions in the panel; don't disable system protections just to dismiss a warning. Once servers appear in the configuration, keep the client open and continue with the connection check at the end of this guide.
Android: Create a subscription configuration from a link
On Android, use the mobile client from the panel's download page. After installing it, open the configuration or subscription screen and look for an add option. Choose Import from URL or link, paste the subscription URL you copied, and save. Some apps show only the configuration name at first; open it or refresh the subscription to see the available servers. If switching apps changed your clipboard, copy the link again from the panel.
Select the configuration, return to the connection screen, choose a server, and connect. When Android asks to authorize a VPN connection, check the app name before allowing it. If another app is already routing network traffic, pause its connection first to avoid conflicts. After granting permission, check the client's connection status, then switch to your browser to test it. Don't rely on the system notification icon alone.
iOS: Get and import a client using the panel link
On iOS, use the App Store link provided in the panel to get a compatible client; don't use installation files intended for other platforms. After installing, return to your account overview. If there's a one-click import option, follow the system prompt to open the right app. For manual setup, find the subscription management or Add from URL option in the client, paste your subscription link, save, and refresh the server list.
The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration and confirm using system authentication. Then return to the client, check that the imported subscription is selected and its server list is visible, and connect. If no servers appear, don't add the same link repeatedly and create duplicate entries. First verify that the link is complete and check the configuration's update status.
Linux is also supported by VPNCG. Get the appropriate client from the panel and follow its installation instructions. This guide doesn't cover differences in software repositories, command-line tools, or configuration formats. When setting up multiple devices, configure and authorize each one separately; a connected status on one device doesn't mean the others are connected too.
How can I tell if I'm connected?
After importing, return to the client's connection screen and make sure the subscription you just updated is active. Choose a server and connect. Server names can help identify the exit region. IEPL, relay, and direct are route-type labels; they don't guarantee the same experience on every website. You don't need to try a large number of servers the first time. Start by completing a full connection and browsing test with your current configuration.
Once the client shows a successful connection, open your browser and visit the international website you want to use. Check that the page loads, then try a real task, such as opening a shared document or playing a video. Loading a site's home page doesn't necessarily mean account sign-in, media playback, or file uploads will all work. Test the features you actually need rather than relying on the connection icon alone.
If the client says it's connected but the site won't load, first check whether your device's regular connection can reach other pages. Then confirm the active configuration is selected and the subscription updated successfully. Other traffic-routing tools on the device can affect the results, so pause them and try again. Next, switch servers and reload the page to see whether the error changes. Avoid changing system network settings while repeatedly switching configurations, or it will be hard to tell what helped.
If only a particular streaming service or AI tool isn't working, distinguish a connection issue from the service's own account, region, or access requirements. Check availability by trying the service; a region name in the server list isn't a promise that a particular platform will work. For streaming details, see the streaming access guide. For help choosing a route, visit the global server locations page.
If you still can't connect, follow the connection or speed troubleshooting steps in the Help Center. For assistance, submit a ticket through the user panel and include your device's operating system, the client's message, the server you selected, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Hide subscription links and account details in screenshots, and never share your password. This gives support the context needed to investigate without exposing your access credentials.
Once setup is complete, everyday use is simple: open the client, check the active configuration, and connect to a server. Update your subscription when the server list changes. The user panel has the latest billing, data, and order details. To compare route types and billing options, read the service selection guide.
