Terms of Service
These terms apply to the international network access subscription service provided by VPNCG. Before using the service, please review its scope, billing, and refund terms. If you have questions, contact support through the ticket portal in your account. These terms do not exclude any rights granted to users by applicable law.
Service and Scope
VPNCG provides international route connections and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are listed in your account. Regional coverage does not guarantee access to every website, content region, or third-party account.
Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel after logging in. Delivery is based on the subscription status shown in your account. Memberships, content licenses, and usage rules for third-party websites are determined by those platforms and are not included with the network connection service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your account credentials and subscription link secure, and take responsibility for use within the scope of your account authorization. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or your account is being used unexpectedly, change your password and submit a support ticket for review.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit making the account available to others. Reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, publicly distributing subscription links, or sharing account credentials with others is prohibited. The service may not be used as a public connection gateway for commercial operations.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the packages page for prices and traffic allowances. Before paying, check the package name, billing method, and order amount in the user panel.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, malicious attacks, or other unlawful purposes.
Do not disrupt route operations, misuse system resources, or interfere with other users' normal connections. Automated tasks require appropriate authorization and must follow the target platform's access rules. Subscription benefits do not authorize unlawful conduct or violations of third-party platform rules.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on local networks, device configuration, international links, and the status of target websites. Route maintenance, upstream network changes, or changes to third-party access policies may cause interruptions. VPNCG does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or continued access to any particular website.
If you encounter an issue, submit a ticket with the time it occurred, platform, route name, and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription link. VPNCG will help investigate based on verifiable information. The relevant platform is responsible for third-party content, transactions, or account actions. This statement does not waive any responsibility that VPNCG must bear under applicable law.
Payments and Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through the ticket portal after logging in. Include the relevant order and your refund request; no explanation for dissatisfaction is required.
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Refund verification requires only information related to identifying the order, confirming payment, and returning the funds. Your account password is not required. Updates and refund arrangements will be communicated through the ticket. No unpublished additional conditions will be imposed to limit this refund commitment.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For accounts involved in unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or repeated service disruption, VPNCG may suspend relevant features or terminate service based on the risk. Where notification is possible, the reason for the action will be provided. Users may raise an objection and provide information for review through a support ticket. Account actions do not automatically waive any refund or other responsibility required by law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to billing, refunds, or key usage rights will be explained through site announcements or account notifications. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits under orders that are already in effect. For information about personal data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
